Striving to give all my guests the best possible service, my software system is designed to safely and securely store credit card information for booking all future appointments. I kindly ask that you review and fill out our Guest Payment & Policy Form which will be required to secure all future appointments.

New Guest Deposits

It is important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, businesses lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.

If you do not cancel your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged full price (100%) of the scheduled service(s).

Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a courtesy, three appointment confirmation messages are sent by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. You will receive a confirmation at the time of scheduling your service(s).  72 hours before your appointment you will be sent your second reminder asking you to confirm your appointment via email or text message. If you need to make any appointment changes or cancellations we kindly ask you do so at this time. Lastly, you will receive a 24 hour reminder for your scheduled appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance there will be no charge.

Cancelling / Rescheduling Appointments

If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment there may be a need to reschedule your appointment or shorten your scheduled appointment to accommodate the time we have together.
